Sector 06 · In planning

Cyber — sovereignty by default, not by exception.

A digital republic is only as strong as the worst-protected utility it depends on. The Cyber programme works on the unglamorous middle layer — power, water, banking, hospital, and telecom infrastructure that needs to keep running on the bad day.

Programme scope

What we plan to work on.

The Cyber programme is deliberately scoped away from offensive capability and away from consumer security theatre. The work is defensive, infrastructural, and largely boring — which is what makes it actually load-bearing.

Lines of effort under consideration

  • Critical-infrastructure operator playbooks (open, audited).
  • Sector CERT capability — health, water, energy, telecom.
  • Procurement-grade software bill-of-materials standards.
  • Citizen-facing trust primitives — consent, audit logs, redress.

This sector is being shaped this year.

If you run a sector CERT, a critical-infrastructure SOC, or a public-sector security programme, your input shapes what we ship.
