Indian agriculture has more dashboards than it has working soil-test networks. The Agriculture programme inverts that — measure the ground truth, then build software the farmer would actually pay for if it didn't come for free.

We've spent years building working agritech (Growbros, OrchardOS, Forager). The Agriculture sector under BharatShields is the policy & public-capability layer above that — the part that lives with state agriculture departments, KVKs, and farmer producer organisations.
